Illinois Educators are Providing Education and Training to School Food-Service Staff

The University of Illinois Extension has been awarded grant money to help provide training and education to school food-service professionals statewide. An article was published in the Tazwell Chronicle highlighting the work.  To learn more about the the work, visit here.

Share our Community of Practice with your colleagues.  Here’s how they can join!

  1. Log in to http://people.eXtension.org with your eXtensionID and password.
  2. You will see blue tabs toward the top of the page.  Click on the “Communities” tab.
  3. On the right-hand side of the page you will see a list of communities of practice.  Click on “Community Nutrition Education”.
  4. About half-way down the page, you will see a salmon colored box with membership options.  Click “I want to join this community”.
